House Guidelines

To keep the villa fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask that you use the outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

Please help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

We appreciate your help in conserving energy by switching off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electrical appliances whenever they are not in use or before leaving the villa.

Koh Samui is home to beautiful tropical wildlife. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent insects and other curious visitors from entering the villa.

Before heading out, please ensure all doors and windows are locked. For your convenience, a personal safe is provided in each bedroom for valuables.

If you misplace your villa keys or require assistance with your bedroom safe or access code, please contact the Villa Manager.

Please supervise children at all times around the pool. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that there be no diving, jumping, running, or rough play in or around the pool.

For your safety, please do not enter the following areas: the technical room beneath the main villa, the electrical room, and the pool pump room beneath the swimming pool. These areas contain equipment and may present hazards. Please ensure children do not enter these areas and kindly observe all “No Entry” signs.

Villa Ledu is designed as a peaceful retreat. Parties, events, loud music, and unregistered overnight guests are only permitted with prior approval.

To help protect the villa’s plumbing system, please flush only toilet paper. Kindly dispose of all other items in the bins provided.

Our garden irrigation system operates automatically. Please avoid adjusting or tampering with the garden sprinklers.

If you enjoy using the candles provided, please never leave them unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving the villa or going to bed.

Before leaving the villa, please ensure cooking appliances and other electrical devices are switched off when not in use.

Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are installed throughout the villa for your safety. Please do not tamper with this equipment except in an emergency.

A first aid kit is available in the laundry room should you require basic medical supplies.

Please use the appropriate bins for rubbish and help us keep Villa Ledu clean, beautiful, and welcoming for everyone.

Please enjoy Koh Samui’s natural surroundings while respecting the local wildlife. Avoid feeding animals and keep food stored securely.
